Family Histories, whether a few pages or voluminous, include not only the main family being researched but ancillary family lines. In our Family History group, items are placed on the shelves alphabetically by the first surname in the title: i.e., "Samuel Allard & Loraina Maxon Family (1797 - 2002)" is found alphabetically under "A". Surnames are not cross referenced.''
Many of the Family Histories in our collection were submitted by their genealogical authors. The Chapter welcomes any Family History with connections to Perry County to place in the collection.
